8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy healthcare setting in Middletown, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, multitasking in a clinical environment, and supporting both administrative and clinical workflows.
The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent patient service.
Bilingual Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with basic clinical tasks
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
- Prepare exam rooms and support providers during patient visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with patients and staff in both English and Spanish
- Follow all safety, privacy, and healthcare compliance protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting preferred
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
- Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required
