  • Manage the financial, operational, and strategic performance of assigned apartments.
  • Review monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate performance trends.
  • Partner with on-site management teams to improve leasing, occupancy, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead capital planning and project oversight.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company standards.
  • Support acquisition, disposition, and due diligence efforts as needed.
