Overview
The Psychological Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for a clinician who holds an active Vermont clinical license, such as an LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
This position offers the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while providing the benefits of working within a supportive clinic environment. Our therapists enjoy W-2 employment, administrative support, consistent paychecks that are not dependent on insurance reimbursement timelines, credentialing assistance, billing support, marketing, and a collaborative team atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will be available to provide some in-person services at our Randolph, Vermont office while also offering telehealth services as appropriate. We are particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents, have experience treating eating disorders, and bring specialized training in trauma-focused and/or couples therapy approaches.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or children, depending on experience and specialty areas.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
  • Stay informed regarding current research and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Support clients from diverse backgrounds and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active Vermont clinical license (LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT)
  • Up to date CAQH
  • Ability to provide some in-person services in Randolph, Vermont.
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
We are especially interested in candidates who:
  • Have experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
  • Have experience treating individuals with eating disorders.
  • Have experience providing couples, family, and relationship therapy.
  • Have completed formal training in EMDR, Gottman Method, or other evidence-based trauma-focused and couples therapy modalities.
  • Hold advanced certification in EMDR, Gottman Method, or related specialty modalities (welcomed but not required).
  • Have experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
  • Enjoy working with a diverse client population and are committed to providing evidence-based, client-centered care.
