Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring an Experienced CNC Mill Operator for a manufacturing company in Cleveland, OH. This first-shift position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC mill experience, G-code knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.

As a CNC Mill Operator, you will set up, operate, adjust, and maintain CNC milling equipment to produce quality parts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• 
  Set up and calibrate CNC milling machines
  
• 
  Load raw materials and install cutting tools
  
• 
  Input CAD/CAM files, edit G-code, and make machine adjustments
  
• 
  Calculate and adjust speeds and feeds to support efficient machining
  
• 
  Read blueprints and verify parts meet required specifications
  
• 
  Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  
• 
  Adjust offsets to account for tool wear
  
• 
  Perform routine machine maintenance and clear chips or debris
  
• 
  Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  

Requirements

• 
  Previous CNC mill operation, machine setup, or machining experience required
  
• 
  Ability to edit G-code and work from CAD/CAM files required
  
• 
  Ability to calculate and adjust speeds and feeds required
  
• 
  Blueprint reading experience required
  
• 
  Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges required
  
• 
  Basic math and measurement skills
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
  
• 
  High school diploma or GED preferred
