Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asset Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including hospitality, retail, flex, office, and select residential properties. This position offers substantial responsibility, visibility, and opportunity for growth, with direct influence on asset performance and long-term portfolio value. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to enhance operational and financial performance across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance and strategic direction of a diversified real estate portfolio
• Provide leadership and oversight to regional and property managers to ensure operational consistency and strong asset performance
• Develop and execute leasing strategies, including broker oversight and lease negotiations
• Identify and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, occupancy, and long-term asset value
• Review and analyze property financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operating results
• Oversee tenant improvement projects, capital expenditures, and construction management activities
• Prepare and present regular performance and portfolio updates to ownership
• Travel to properties regularly to support operations and monitor asset performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably across multiple asset types
• Prior management or team leadership experience required
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and asset management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and real estate financial modeling
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 1–2 times per month
