Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Location: South Phoenix | Industry: Manufacturing
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20-24/hour
A well-established manufacturing company in South Phoenix is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the front-line resource of an office, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for long-term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support the Corporate HR department by:
– Handling PTO requests
– Processing new hire and termination paperwork
– Approving weekly timecards
– Conducting pre-employment and post-accident drug testing
• Process AP documents in company software and collaborate with Corporate Accounting to resolve issues.
• Perform data entry for various jobs and projects.
• Assist the General Manager and Plant Manager with administrative projects.
• Maintain organized office filing systems.
• Provide backup support for order entry, domestic shipping, and customer service as needed.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with MRP software preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment.
