Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Roofing & Storm Restoration
Phoenix Metro | Full-Time
Mission Restoration is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance restoration process.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and customer-focused. This role serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping manage communication, documentation, scheduling, claim updates, and overall customer experience.

Compensation
- $45k-$55k annual salary
- Full-time position
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners
- Answer customer questions and provide project updates
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text communications
- Assist with insurance claim and supplement documentation
- Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items
- Coordinate with production, sales, and insurance teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Help ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Experience in customer service, office administration, insurance, or construction support preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
