Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Location: San Bernadino, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - 110,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team within a structured PHP/IOP Outpatient Treatment Center. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in trauma-informed care, exceptional therapeutic skills, and a passion for supporting clients navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges.
This role is well-suited for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment, values evidence-based treatment, and is committed to fostering long-term healing and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Somatic therapies).
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with program standards and client needs.
- Facilitate structured therapeutic groups focused on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and coping skill development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate and deliver integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with state and program requirements.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, program protocols, and legal regulations (HIPAA, BBS standards, Joint Commission, etc.).
Qualifications
- Must hold an active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment models.
- Experience working with adult clients in mental health or dual-diagnosis settings.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced clinical environment.
