We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried position based in Marion County, FL. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and participation in an on-call rotation. As part of a small, service-focused team, occasional shift coverage or field support may be required to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client visits through the EMR system
- Confirm scheduled visits and proactively address coverage needs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
- Conduct client intake and assist with new client onboarding
- Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities
- Assist with payroll-related functions and timekeeping review
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to urgent staffing needs
- Monitor open shifts and develop staffing solutions before service disruptions occur
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
- Support daily office operations and other duties as assigned by the Administrator

Education & Experience
- Min. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience (Required)
- Experience in a fast-paced office, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or customer service environment preferred
- Experience coordinating schedules, managing deadlines, or balancing multiple priorities is strongly preferred
- Home care, healthcare, or caregiving experience is a plus
