Project Coordinator (Global Trade / Supplier Onboarding) – Part-Time Hybrid

Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid: remote + on-site as needed)
Schedule: Part-time, ~15–20 hours/week (approx. 4-hour shifts)
Pay: $34.11/hr

A growing global sourcing team is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a supplier rollout initiative tied to purchasing and contracting process changes. This Project Coordinator role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external suppliers across time zones.

If you enjoy progress-chasing, keeping projects on track, and being the “hub” that keeps stakeholders aligned, this Project Coordinator opportunity may be a great fit.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

  • Support the project team with execution of a supplier rollout plan and conversion waves
  • Coordinate project tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reporting
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and supplier touchpoints; distribute agendas and notes
  • Develop and manage project documentation (SOPs, process notes, logs, action items)
  • Act as a communication link between team members and the project manager
  • Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks, blockers, and timeline concerns
  • Provide administrative/logistical support to ensure deliverables are completed on time

What we’re looking for (Qualifications)

  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project support
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, global trade, pharma, IT, or similar environments preferred
  • Strong documentation skills (project plans, meeting notes, action logs, status updates)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Strong attention to detail; enjoys tracking tasks and driving follow-through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to independently determine next steps
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams; SharePoint/PowerPoint a plus)
  • SAP user experience or purchase order/contracting exposure is a plus

Apply today if you’re a dependable Project Coordinator who thrives in organized, execution-focused project work.
