A growing global sourcing team is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a supplier rollout initiative tied to purchasing and contracting process changes. This Project Coordinator role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external suppliers across time zones.
If you enjoy progress-chasing, keeping projects on track, and being the “hub” that keeps stakeholders aligned, this Project Coordinator opportunity may be a great fit.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Support the project team with execution of a supplier rollout plan and conversion waves
- Coordinate project tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reporting
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and supplier touchpoints; distribute agendas and notes
- Develop and manage project documentation (SOPs, process notes, logs, action items)
- Act as a communication link between team members and the project manager
- Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks, blockers, and timeline concerns
- Provide administrative/logistical support to ensure deliverables are completed on time
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project support
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, global trade, pharma, IT, or similar environments preferred
- Strong documentation skills (project plans, meeting notes, action logs, status updates)
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Strong attention to detail; enjoys tracking tasks and driving follow-through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to independently determine next steps
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams; SharePoint/PowerPoint a plus)
- SAP user experience or purchase order/contracting exposure is a plus
Apply today if you’re a dependable Project Coordinator who thrives in organized, execution-focused project work.
