Delivery Driver

• Delivery & Logistics: Safely operate a delivery vehicle while

following Minnesota traffic laws. Follow assigned routes and be

able to pivot on a moments notice from time to time. Most stops with

be delivering cases and kegs of beer to our customers, but will also

include random pick-ups and drop-offs to help support over all

operations of the business.

• Physical Job: Load/unload van, move products into customer

locations using a two-wheeler and organize inventory in walk-in

coolers as well as on shelves and floor displays.

• Product Management: Ensure proper product rotation at customer

accounts to ensure freshness. Be sure all product is faced and looks

neat and tighty.

• Customer Service: Conduct ones self in a polite and professional

manner at all times, handle invoices, collect payments, and process

returns of empty kegs. Delivery drivers often spend more face time

with our customers than our sales staff.

• Vehicle Safety & Maintenance: Inspect vehicles before/after use,

report maintenance issues, and keep the vehicle clean. Check tire

pressure, Oil levels, and windshield wiper fluid weekly. Fill gas tank if

its less than half empty at the beginning or end of the day.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and twist; often requires lifting

170lbs kegs often.

• Schedule: Requires early morning starts between 7am and 8am

depending on the day’s delivery run. Delivery shifts end once and

scheduled stops have been made and the van has been properly

emptied and cleaned.
