Sixth Grade Teacher

St. Michael the Archangel School, Canton, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Sixth Grade Reading/Language Arts/ Social Studies Teacher to join our educational team. You will create a welcoming, safe environment and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction. The ideal candidate fosters curiosity, monitors student progress, and helps every child reach their academic and social potential in a Catholic environment. 

The candidate must have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education (grades 4-9 or 1-8) or a related field. Valid Ohio teaching certification, equivalent, or the ability to obtain licensure.

Deep understanding of child development and subject-specific instructional strategies required.
