Position Overview

In this role, you aren’t just driving a truck; you are the face of our service, ensuring that residential and business customers receive their packages safely, efficiently, and with a professional touch.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and physical, focusing on safety and customer satisfaction.

• Route Management: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete daily pickups and deliveries within an assigned territory.
• Logistics & Accuracy: Load and organize your vehicle for maximum efficiency; use handheld scanners to track every package with precision.
• Safety First: Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready.
• Professional Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner while adhering to strict delivery schedules.
• Adaptability: Navigate varying traffic patterns and weather conditions while maintaining a "safety-first" mindset.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role designed for those who prefer an active workday over an office desk.

• Ability to frequently exit and enter a delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift, push, and pull packages of varying weights (up to 75 lbs independently, and more with equipment).
• Comfort working outdoors in all types of weather (rain, snow, heat).

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous professional driving experience (preferred but not always required).
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
