This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced maintenance team while expanding your skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and apartment maintenance.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with daily work orders and resident service requests
Support make-ready and unit turn processes
Help troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property
Assist with preventative maintenance projects
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
✔ Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
✔ HVAC Certification REQUIRED
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
✔ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors when needed
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
