The Site Coordinator serves in a key leadership role within our services team and has a direct impact on the lives of individuals receiving support through SSVA. This position is ideal for someone who is person-centered, adaptable, community-focused, and motivated to help others achieve greater independence and quality of life. As a Site Coordinator, you will support individuals in identifying what is important to them while ensuring their health, safety, and personal goals remain a priority.

This position is responsible for carrying out Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned individuals and providing day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and leadership to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). Site Coordinators are expected to model Positive Practices, promote a supportive team environment, and help ensure quality services are delivered consistently.

This position requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Overnight hours may also be required based on site needs and staffing requirements. The Site Coordinator reports directly to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.

Compensation

• $16.50 per hour

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully pass criminal and registry background screenings
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with verification of education
• Clear tuberculosis screening
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while accepting supervision and feedback
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with the position
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
