Customer Service Account Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Account Services Representative to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal production teams. The ideal candidate is a reliable, high-performing team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers, account executives, and production staff regarding project status, changes, and timelines.
• Gather and confirm all job requirements from customers prior to production.
• Enter detailed job instructions into manufacturing systems and verify jobs are properly queued.
• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify and resolve customer job issues, recommending solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Track final production runs and assemble accurate paperwork for billing.
• Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to business performance improvements.
• Maintain customer records by updating account and job-related information.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, shipping departments, and carriers to expedite or track shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in commercial printing is a plus.
