Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Heavy Lifters to support high‐volume warehouse and logistics operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inbound and outbound flow, loading/unloading freight, and supporting daily production needs. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift and work in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and move heavy materials, boxes, and freight (up to 75+ lbs repeatedly)
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Assist with sorting, stacking, staging, and organizing products
• Support inbound and outbound operations, including parcel handling and freight movement
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following OSHA and facility safety guidelines
• Work closely with warehouse leads and supervisors to meet production goals
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other non‐powered equipment as needed
• Follow all instructions regarding product placement, labeling, and handling
• Report any safety hazards, damaged products, or equipment issues immediately

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or general labor preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for 8–12-hour shifts
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities
• Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
• Must pass basic onboarding requirements (I‐9, E‐Verify, background/drug screen if required by client)
