Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medications and monitor client health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to enhance client comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with physical mobility.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in work hours.
- Background check clearance and references required.
