Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
- Support client services initiatives by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client relationship management is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and data entry software
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data management
- Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with cash handling is desirable but not mandatory
- Prior knowledge of phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service best practices is essential
