Bilingual CSR 3PL

Shift: 1st shift morning shift
Start Time: 07:30am - 04:00pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday with O.T & weekends
Payrate: $18.00 - $20.00
Location: Fontana CA

Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English & Spanish
- Must be available for O.T & weekends
- Must pass E-Verify
- Must have experience working in 3PL environment
- Must have phone skills speaking to customers over the phone

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of MS office (Excel and word) & internet required
-Working knowledge of shipping documents such as ( ie: bills of lading, packing slips, & manifests).
- A minimum of 2 years of prior traffic / shipping office experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal all with a focus on customer service is a must
- Must be able to successfully interact with all levels of customers, transportation carriers & vendors
- Strong decision making and organizational skills are required
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ensure that the routing and scheduling of carriers is in compliance with customers routing/vendor standards to reduce department related charge backs. Work closely with distribution floor to ensure shipments are dock confirmed.
