Marketing Content Specialist

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who can help us show what we do and keep our marketing running day-to-day. This job is hands-on and practical — taking photos, posting updates, making simple graphics, and putting together training videos for our team and customers.

Main Responsibilities

Social Media & Online Posts

• Take photos and videos around the shop, jobsites, and products
• Post regularly on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Respond to comments and messages when needed

Website Updates (WordPress)

• Keep our website up to date with new products, photos, and info
• Add pages, posts, and basic updates as things change

Design Work (Canva)

• Create simple, clean graphics for ads, flyers, and social posts
• Put together brochures, product sheets, and sales materials
• Help with both online ads and printed materials

Training & Instructional Videos

• Use Loom (or similar tools) to record step-by-step videos
• Create training content for new employees
• Build simple how-to videos for customers using our products

General Marketing Help

• Help promote new products and projects
• Work with the team to highlight what we’re building and doing
• Keep things organized and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using computers, social media, and basic design tools
• Experience with WordPress and Canva
• Able to take decent photos and videos (phone is fine)
• Organized and able to follow through on tasks
• Willing to learn and jump in where needed

Bonus (Not Required, But Helpful)

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a hands-on industry
• Basic understanding of marketing or advertising
• Video editing or photography experience

Work Style

• Hands-on role — you’ll be out in the shop and around the team
• Mix of computer work and real-world content gathering
• Work closely with production, sales, and management
