The Professional Billing & Coding Specialist is responsible for accurately coding medical services and submitting insurance claims to ensure proper reimbursement.
- Submit insurance claims and ensure accurate billing.
- Follow up on denied or unpaid claims.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing questions.
