Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Locations:

Job Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Receive, inspect, and verify inbound pharmaceutical materials against packing lists and purchase orders.
Store, organize, and label inventory according to lot numbers, expiration dates, temperature requirements, and GMP guidelines.
Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and order fulfillment while maintaining full traceability.
Monitor product shelf life and identify soontoexpire or nonconforming inventory for quality review.
Maintain accuracy when using RF scanners and material handling equipment (training provided).
Follow all cGMP, FDA, and company SOPs to ensure compliance and product integrity.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmaceutical safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to support efficient material flow.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
