Customer Service Representative (Warehouse)

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative position to support our Customer Service and Operations team. We would appreciate your assistance in sourcing candidates who meet the following qualifications and experience requirements.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site (Rancho, Carson, or Commerce facilities)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, retail, or distribution environments.
• Experience handling customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM platforms, or transportation/logistics software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of order processing, inventory management, shipping operations, and EDI transactions is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, coachable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Customer communication and ticket management.
• Order entry and order processing support.
• Shipment tracking and status updates.
• Inventory reporting and discrepancy follow-up.
• Documentation of customer issues and service exceptions.
• Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, inventory control, and transportation teams.
