What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the service department
- Collaborate with finance, service, and inventory teams to streamline operations
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Knowledge of dealership operations and financing options
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and dealership operations
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
