This is a leadership role to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and timeline management. 3+ years of hospitality experience (installer or lead)
Possess OSHA 10 certification
4+ years as a superintendent
Local, with willingness to travel
Able to lead crews of 8–10
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools
