Forklift Operator 2nd - Now Hiring

• Adhere to policies, daily work place organization & housekeeping; health and safety commitment, personal cleanliness, appearance; attendance, & punctuality.

• Provide production with material and containers as needed to maintain process flow.
• JIS Shipping – Transport completed goods to staging areas until time of loading.
• JIS Shipping – Load Trailers per shipment schedule and complete necessary JIS
• paperwork.
• Receiving – Unload and stage material from trailers or containers. Verify accuracy of delivery and report any discrepancies or abnormalities.
• Receiving – Load and unload material into High-bay following receiving processes.
• 5S – Maintain a clean and clutter-free work environment. Including processing and disposal of cardboard, pallets, and trash.
• Store material in assigned floor location ensuring proper stacking of containers.
• Repackaging material into proper containers.
• Sorting material Recycled from Customer.
• Maintain a safe work environment through training and compliance to any and all company, state, and federal policies/procedures.
• Assist production by: ensuring forklift is kept functioning properly, meeting schedule demands, and maintaining process flow.
• Perform daily forklift inspections along with correctly filling out inspection forms.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of Forklift experience in similar industry is required
• Basic math skills required; must be able to determine load weights for forklift limits.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be knowledgeable of products, customer specific requirements, and handling procedures for proper transport, retrieval, and loading of trailers.
• Must be organized and show initiative.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.

• Must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours or more.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.49 - $18.49 Per Hour
