The Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills, judgement and leadership in the practice of laboratory technology. The Lab technician is responsible and accountable for the efficient planning, directing and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients. The lab technician practices in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, recognized testing techniques and administrative policies.
Ability to rotate in all areas of the laboratory , including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis
