Bachelors degree in nursing preferred
Nurse Manager with ability to work floor if needed.
***Leadership and Operations*** Oversee 24 hour operations of Labor and Delivery and Perinatal Education units Ensure optimal staffing, skill mix, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs Maintain and manage department schedules, staffing plans, and timecards Lead daily shift huddles to align teams on patient care priorities and operational plans Serve as Charge Nurse when working clinically
