Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
- Utilize advanced techniques to manage patients with acute rehab needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and professional standards while adjusting to different unit settings.
- Valid California Physical Therapist license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in acute rehab preferred.
- Proficiency in using the Epic charting system.
- BLS certification required.
- Willingness to float between units and work varied schedules including Saturdays.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
