Job Details:
- Location: Grand Blanc, MI 48439
- Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every other weekend required
- Duration: 17 Weeks, possible extension
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Job Type: Travel Contract/Local contract
- Local's pay range: $60 - $65/hour
- Travel pay package: $2400- $2600/Week for 36 hours
- Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Perform computerized tomography (CT) scans and general diagnostic radiology procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, review clinical history, and administer IV contrast media as required.
- Operate CT imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and maintain accurate PACS and RIS documentation.
- Assist radiologists with sterile diagnostic procedures including biopsies and other advanced imaging procedures.
- Follow radiation safety standards and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma center environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience – Required.
- High School Diploma or GED – Required.
- ARRT Certification with advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible – Required.
- BLS Certification – Required.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, CT imaging protocols, PACS, and RIS systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-acuity clinical environment.
- Procedure experience – Preferred.
