Flux Core and/or Mig Welders - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking dedicated Flux Core and/or Mig Welders to join their dynamic team. As a Flux Core and/or Mig Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department, supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within the organization.

Job Title: Flux Core and/or Mig Welders

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $22-$26+/hr DOE

Shift: 2nd shift (Mon-Thur/4pm-230am)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding operations using flux core and/or MIG welding techniques to fabricate metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to safety standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience with flux core and/or MIG welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to participate in on-site interviews and welding tests.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
