Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Range: $20.50-22/hour

Shifts: 6a to 4:30p or 4pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday, Potential OT required on Fridays 

Type: Temporary Seasonal Help 10 Week Assignment- Starts 7/1/2026

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality
• Follow safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation rules to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or production issues promptly

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
