Production Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Nashville, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Assemble items in the hand pack area with precision and care
• Operate tea bagging, leaf filling, and labeling equipment efficiently
• Set up production lines based on schedules and supervisor input
• Monitor and ensure product quality through spot-checks and audits
• Adhere to Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

What's Needed?

• Mechanically inclined with manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs independently and push product carts up to 100 lbs
• Basic reading and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and good attendance
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
