Continuous Improvement Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and operations, is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Associate to join their team. As a Continuous Improvement Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team, working closely with frontline employees and management to enhance process efficiency and standardization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Associate

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: Starting at $19/hr based on experience

Shift: 6am-6pm Monday-Saturday

What's the Job?

• Support site-level process improvement activities through data collection and analysis
• Maintain and update reports using Microsoft Excel, including daily and weekly metrics
• Assist in documenting processes and updating standard work instructions
• Observe operations to identify inefficiencies or gaps and coordinate with team members to address them
• Support improvement events such as Kaizen, meetings, and workshops through logistics and follow-up

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, sorting/filtering)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
