Banquet Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Banquet Chef to join our culinary team at a popular hospitality venue.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-volume food production, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes for large events and special occasions.



Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, prepare and execute menus for banquets, weddings and corporate events
·       Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food production and sanitation
·       Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and sanitation
·       Collaborate with event coordinators to customize menus based on client needs
·       Manage inventory, ordering and cost control



Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a banquet chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen role
·       Strong leadership and organizational skills
·       Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
·       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
·       Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
