Position Overview

We are actively hiring Mobile Road Service Tire Technicians to support a growing customer base. This role is primarily focused on commercial truck tire service and roadside assistance, with occasional light mechanical repairs and maintenance work.

Technicians will operate fully equipped company service trucks and provide on-site tire service for commercial trucking customers throughout the region.

Job Duties

• Perform roadside commercial truck tire service and repair
• Mount, dismount, balance, repair, and replace commercial tires
• Respond to emergency road service calls
• Conduct tire inspections and preventative maintenance
• Perform light mechanical repairs and maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with dispatch/customers professionally
• Operate company service truck safely and responsibly
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting hourly rate: $18–$30/hour during training and onboarding
• Transition into a commission structure paying 35% of labor revenue
• Strong earning potential for motivated technicians
• Overtime available regularly
• On-call rotation:
• Primary on-call approximately every 4th week
• Backup on-call approximately every 2nd week
• Typically 1–2 calls per night while on call
• Premium pay provided for after-hours calls

Schedule

• Day shift starting around 7:00 AM
• Consistent overtime expected based on workload and service demand

Requirements

• Experience with commercial truck tires preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Comfortable with overtime and on-call rotation
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
