Sous Chef/ Line cook(Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef/Line cook. We have a great (20+ year) reputation for fresh food made from scratch daily in a gourmet breakfast/ lunch bistro environment. We also do specialty catering and this will continue to be a key focus for us and the chefs responsibilities. The chef will be responsible for working with the catering manager to develop daily specials and help on the line. The chef will work with the catering manager to help develop proposals, assist in marketing events and promotions, manage the kitchen and ensure the quality of the food. The chef will also maintain and observe all food safety requirements from the health department.

This is a full time position. Currently there are no nights involved, but there may be during catering events and peak catering season. Quality is paramount to our organization and we offer a competitive compensation package with optional health benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401K.
