Job Title: Certified Forklift Driver - Shipping & Receiving

Location: Clearwater, FL

PELLON is currently seeking a Certified Forklift Driver in our shipping & receiving department to join our Clearwater, FL warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shipping, inventory management, and material handling to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who values safety, accuracy, and teamwork while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse in our shipping and receiving department.
• Prepare outgoing orders by picking, palletizing, wrapping, and staging products for shipment in accordance with customer and company requirements.
• Accurately receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare materials and products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization
• Stage materials for production and shipping based on daily priorities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of forklift operating experience
• Current forklift certification (required)
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Communication skills & the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to adhere to safety protocols & guidelines at all times.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time
