We are currently seeking a Branch Administrator capable of handling various administrative tasks in this fast-paced, professional office environment. Primary focus will be supporting the Branch in Charlotte by setting up new projects, completing monthly job billings, and issuing purchase orders to vendors, and processing AP/AR invoices.

This is a full-time position located in our Charlotte office, offering a competitive salary**.

Desired qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in finance/office

· Experience within a construction environment is preferred

· Experience with AIA billings

· Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable

· Must be a NC Notary Public

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
