HVAC Lead Installer

The HVAC Lead Installer will oversee and manage residential HVAC installation projects, leading a small team of 1-3 members. This role requires hands-on involvement and expertise in HVAC systems combined with strong leadership skills to ensure installations meet quality standards and client expectations. The Lead Installer will coordinate with management and the warehouse team regularly and utilize integrated project management systems to plan and execute installation tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a small HVAC installation team (1-3 members)
• Oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate project planning using integrated project management systems
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during installation
• Provide guidance and support to team members to troubleshoot and solve problems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in HVAC installation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expertise in HVAC systems and electrical wiring
• Proven team leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
