Clinic-Based Speech Language Pathologist

As a Clinic-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide specialized speech therapy services primarily to pediatric patients with articulation disorders, language delays, and cognitive-communication impairments. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will manage a medium caseload of 11-20 patients, occasionally incorporating telepractice options to ensure comprehensive care. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating, planning, and delivering tailored therapy interventions to optimize patient communication outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on articulation, language, and cognitive-communication skills
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly
• Educate families on therapeutic techniques and patient support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for holistic care
• Utilize assistive technology to enhance therapy effectiveness
• Manage case documentation and follow-up procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in speech-language pathology
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
