Clinic Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

The Clinic Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality speech therapy services within a clinical setting. This role involves managing a large patient caseload, assisting with therapy sessions, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with the Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Manager. The assistant plays a vital role in patient education and team communication while working with the Fusion (Ensora) EMR system. Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering speech therapy sessions to a large caseload of 11+ patients daily
• Document patient progress and treatment accurately using Fusion (Ensora) EMR system
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical team members
• Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists and Clinical Managers to coordinate care
• Provide patient education to support therapy goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Program

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a speech language pathology assistant
• Familiarity with speech therapy techniques and patient care
• Proficient in clinical documentation and communication skills
• Strong teamwork and time management abilities
