Education Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an Education Associate/Attorney to join their team of professionals in their Atlantic City, NJ office.  

Salary Range:  $85k-$110k

Responsibilities

• Assists Attorney in initial case evaluation and development of litigation strategy.
• Represents casino and hospitality clients in employment-related litigation, administrative proceedings, and internal investigations.
• Conducts extensive legal research and drafts correspondences, pleadings, discovery and motions.
• Prepares for and conducts depositions.
• Prepares for and participates in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Assists in preparing settlement agreements, motions, and briefs.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year legal practice in education law, preferably for New Jersey.
