Responsibilities: This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in the Kernersville area. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for providing shift leadership and technical support for plant maintenance operations, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and control systems. This role oversees maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement projects to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This position requires the ability to work independently while leading maintenance efforts and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.

* Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; high-speed production equipment experience preferred

* Must be comfortable providing shift leadership for the maintenance team

* Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience

* Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine failures and minor electrical problems

* Willingness to gown up in a clean, climate controlled environment

* Basic computer literacy; strong communication skills required
