Bench Technician in Service

We’re Hiring:

Bench Technician Do you thrive on technology and hands-on work? As a Bench Technician, you’ll set up, repair, test, and calibrate devices at our facility. These devices include microbalances, scales, torque, and cranes. We are customer focused, which means priorities can shift quickly, keeping the work dynamic and exciting. Requirements:

• Customer-focused mindset

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions

• Confident handling customer calls in a technical/professional manner

• Reside within a reasonable distance of Wood Dale, IL

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues on-site or through remote support.

• Repair, service and inspect customer owned equipment

• Create evaluations in ERP system and prepare repair quotes to customers

• Learn to provide customer support and training on proper equipment use

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, issues, and resolutions

• Collaborate with experienced team members to solve problems and gain hands-on knowledge

• Ensure all tasks comply with safety and regulatory standards

Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday Outstanding Benefit Package including 401K

Salary is based on your experience $20 - $22/hr
