Restaurant FOH/Floor Manager

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Front of House (FOH) / Floor Manager to own the floor, lead our service team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for driving hospitality standards, managing labor on the fly, and keeping the energy high during our legendary rush hours.

What You Bring: The Essentials:

• 2+ years of high-volume FOH management experience (casual dining or full-service restaurant preferred)
• Solid understanding of how front-of-house decisions impact restaurant math (turn times, average check size, labor percentages, and comp tracking)
• High-energy, sharp, and physically resilient
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and major holidays
