General Manager | Quick Service ~ Southeast Metro Tulsa

We are seeking a General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume QSR restaurant in the Southeast Metro Tulsa area.

Key responsibilities include auditing store operations, managing food and labor costs, and coaching the team to achieve Speed of Service (SOS) and guest satisfaction targets.

What You Bring: The Essentials:

• 3+ years of direct experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR) is highly preferred (drive-thru management, speed-of-service metrics).
• Full P&L responsibility with a proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and overall operational profitability.
• The ability to "build a bench", identifying, mentoring, and promoting the next generation of General Managers.
• A commitment to the "Gold Standard," using rigorous site visits to ensure 100% compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
