CDL Driver

Seeking a self-motivated Class B CDL w/Airbrakes Delivery Driver to join our growing organization. We are a leading distributor of concrete supplies with customers across the Chicagoland area.

The Class B CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for completing daily deliveries throughout the Chicagoland area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Self-starter with the ability to adapt to the demands and flexibility of the daily schedule
• Attention to detail and great communication/positive interaction between staff, customers and vendors
• Accurate collection of paperwork/customer logs/tool tickets, and truck maintenance and safety logs and reports
• Great organization skills and able to adhere to safety guidelines, state and local laws when driving (hands-free phones/speed limits/rules of the road)
• Adhere to delivery procedures and route schedules, and open communication with the warehouse
• Warehouse help as needed/time allows

Required Experience

• Valid Class B CDL Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Familiarity with the Chicagoland area
• Any experience in Construction Supplies a +
