Pay: $25-$28 per Hour

Position Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the daily operations of multiple service areas, including restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining venues. This role requires a strong floor presence, leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume restaurants, entertainment venues, hospitality complexes, nightlife concepts, breweries, beer halls, casinos, resorts, or similar guest-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant, bar, and venue operations
- Lead opening, shift management, and closing procedures
- Supervise and support front-of-house team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor food, beverage, labor, and operational standards
- Support staffing, scheduling, coaching, and team development
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the property
- Assist with inventory control and operational organization
- Complete nightly reports, cash handling procedures, and property closing responsibilities
- Work closely with management to improve operational performance and guest experience
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality excellence
- Maintain a strong floor presence during peak business periods
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hospitality, restaurant, bar, nightlife, or venue management experience
- Experience in high-volume operations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
